Below is my current information regarding scheduling and payments. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Lessons are 30 minutes, $35 per lesson and are scheduled for the same day and time each week. Lessons are held in my home studio in Ventura, CA.
Scheduling, Payments, Cancelations
Scheduling

Lessons are scheduled for the same day and time each week. Students are expected to show on time each week. I often have back to back lessons and can not take a student past their scheduled time. They should bring their piano books and be prepared by having completed their practice assignments.
Payments

I accept monthly payments via Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Payments for the month should be made on or before the first lesson of each month.
Cancelations made by the student/parent

Cancelations made by the student need to occur 24 hours before their scheduled lesson. When given 24 hours notice, we can schedule a make up lesson for another day within the week, or payment for the canceled lesson will roll-over to the next month.

Cancelations made by the student on the day of the lesson, can schedule a make up lesson within the week but will not have their payment rolled over to the next month if a make up lesson is not possible.

There are no make up lessons and no roll over of payments if a student does not show up to a lesson and does not notify me.
Cancelations made by the teacher

Any cancelations made by the teacher will result with an immediate refund for the missed lesson (Venmo or Zelle), or a roll over of payment to the next month, student's choice.
